Another firm quoted $42,000 and eight weeks. We built that same agent in one.

Their advisors were walking into meetings with a questionnaire someone had printed out a few minutes earlier. Another firm wanted eight weeks and $42,000 to fix that one step. We built that same agent in a week, and we have kept going: meeting briefs, a sales scorecard that reads call transcripts, and a Salesforce tracker that updates every hour. Ten agents in, the team keeps finding the next thing to build.

    What was going on

A prospective client filled in a family questionnaire before their first meeting. It arrived by email, an assistant printed it, and the advisor read it in the four minutes before walking in. Their chief technology officer had a quote on his desk for eight weeks and $42,000 to fix that one step. His objection was not the price. It was that after eight weeks he would have exactly one agent and no better idea of what to build next.

    What we built

    • Intake questionnaire agent that reads the form and writes the brief (the quoted agent, built in week one)
    • Pre-meeting briefs delivered into the advisor calendar invite
    • Sales scorecard that reads call transcripts against their own criteria
    • Hourly tracker syncing from Salesforce

A licensed apparel companyLicensed apparel, about 90 staff

We built nine applications in eight months, on a platform they own.

When we arrived, the sales team was ten days behind on bookings and most of the admin team’s day went to data entry. We sat down with thirty people across the company before we built anything. Since then: meeting briefs that land in reps’ calendars, a studio that turns out pricing decks, a prospecting engine, an executive dashboard, royalties and collections. Seven are running today and two more are with their team for testing.

    What was going on

Double-digit staff on manual data entry and order processing. About eighty-five percent of orders followed a predictable pattern, and every one of them was retyped by a person, because the order started in one system and had to end up in another and the two would not talk. The sales team was ten days behind its own booking window. Nobody in the building called it a problem, because each person only saw their own hop.

    What we built

    • Meeting-prep agent writing account briefs into rep calendars
    • Pitch and proposal studio for pricing decks and proposals
    • Prospecting engine
    • Executive dashboard across four source systems
    • Royalty accrual with a ledger export
    • Collections and past-due follow-up

  • 3 monthsto build it and put it in advisors’ hands, on a platform that would normally take years.
A registered investment adviserRegistered investment adviser, about 300 advisors

We took a multi-year build to advisors’ hands in three months.

Their advisors were juggling more than a dozen systems for every client, and each of them did the job a little differently. We came in as their interim Chief AI Officer, wrote the product, and put an AI-enabled build team on it. About three months of build later, advisors have a portal inside the firm’s own Microsoft environment, reading from the data lakehouse their data team built, with our agents for meeting prep, follow-up and coaching on top. Client data never leaves. The first advisors are using it now, and we will share the numbers once they are in.

    What was going on

Around three hundred advisors, each moving between more than a dozen systems per client. No two ran the job the same way, so nothing about it could be measured or improved. The firm had the appetite and the data. What it did not have was anyone whose job was to own the roadmap.

    What we built

    • Product requirements for the advisor portal

We turned a seven-hundred-proposal job into one-click packets.

They help nursing facilities win federal grants, and one client with seventy locations needed seven hundred proposals. The mail merge they relied on could not keep up. We built a generator on a federal dataset that refreshes every day: facilities, vendors, signatures and every attachment, put together into a complete packet in one click. The time saved is theirs to measure, so we are not quoting a number yet.
