Patrick has been putting AI to work inside companies since ChatGPT launched in 2022, and built Elite Workflow to do it with a whole team: one that plans, builds and runs AI inside the business. He has advised more than 200 companies, serves as interim Chief AI Officer to a national wealth management firm, and led a recruiting firm onto the 2023 Inc. 5000. Inc. has featured him on where AI pays off, and his book, The Winning AI Blueprint, is out in Q4 2026. He learned to lead as a Naval Academy graduate and decorated naval aviator, where the preparation decides the outcome.

Sebastian has shipped software products, and built the teams behind them, for twenty years, the last ten of them in conversational AI. As CTO and co-founder of Chat-Tonic he built the platform and the team behind chatbots that now automate 80% of customer conversations for clients across industries. Three times a CTO and three times a founder, he leads every Elite Workflow build from architecture to production.

Carly has built and run the revenue engines of growth companies for more than a decade. She rose to director of revenue operations at ID.me, built the Salesforce forecasting that gave Skyword’s leadership one source of truth on pipeline and cash, and led the systems migration through the TrackMaven and Skyword merger. She has since been a chief operating officer and head of operations at AI Leadership. At Elite Workflow she leads discovery and owns the client relationship through delivery.
