Terms of use
Effective 24 September 2026
What this covers
These terms cover the use of this website. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written service agreement, and where the two differ, the service agreement wins. Using this site means you accept these terms.
Content on this site
Writing, case studies, and other material here are published by Elite Workflow, LLC for information. The site and its content are owned by Elite Workflow, LLC or used with permission, and all rights are reserved. Client names and logos appear only with that client’s permission; where we describe work without it, the client is not named. Each logo remains the property of the company it belongs to.
You are welcome to quote our writing with attribution and a link. Republishing a piece in full, or using our name or mark to suggest we endorse something, needs our written say-so first.
Accuracy
Figures in our case studies describe results at the time we published them. Results for one company are not a forecast for yours.
No advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or engineering advice for your situation. A first call is where that conversation starts.
Contacting us
Sending us a message or booking a call does not create a client relationship. That starts only when we both sign a service agreement. If you want to share anything sensitive before then, ask and we will sign your NDA first; without one, what you send through this site is not covered by a confidentiality agreement.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or copy it in bulk by automated means.
Links out
We link to other people’s sites where it is useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they publish or collect.
Availability and warranties
The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption, and we may change or remove anything on it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Elite Workflow, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability under a service agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Wake County, North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and the new terms apply from then on.
Severability
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
